Donut Strategy is a game concept: crew NFT fleets, burn $DONUT as fuel, and run expeditions into four stock nebulae.
Concept in development. Nothing here is deployed, audited or funded, and every figure on this page is simulator output from design assumptions still being balanced.
By 2088 the exchanges have no floor, no building, and no closing bell you can walk away from. When custody moved off-planet, the order books went with it, and what settled out condensed into four Stock Nebulae — dense clouds of tokenized equity drifting where the servers used to be.
NVDA Sector burns hot and unstable. TSLA Nebula moves before anyone has finished reading the news. MSTR Void holds one enormous position and declines to explain it. SPY Galaxy is wide, slow, and diversified enough to be boring, which is why the survivors retire there.
Nobody trades from a terminal now. You crew a fleet, fuel it with $DONUT, and send it to harvest liquidity from a region you think will hold. Ships return with stock fragments, launchpad tickets, and sometimes not at all — down markets bring pirates, and the hours after the bell belong to whoever is still awake.
The market above is the real one. Its closing prices reach the nebulae on a delay and quietly rewrite what your expedition was worth. Commanders do not predict that. They provision for it, then go again in the morning.

The whole game is one repeating circuit, and every station on it costs something you cannot get back. Fuel is spent before the ship reports in; the tape decides what the trip was worth after it has already left. Commanders do not predict that — they provision for it.
Assign hulls and captains. Three classes fly — DS-H1 Harvester, DS-C2 Cruiser, DS-D3 Dreadnought — and each Dreadnought lifts 8 other hulls in the same fleet by 20%.
A launch is priced in $DONUT: base tank multiplied by the sector volatility surcharge, the captain's fuel modifier, and the supply index. Bigger tanks pay more every trip.
Fuel leaves your hands at the moment of launch and splits 70/20/10 — dead address, dividend pool, treasury — before the ship has arrived anywhere at all.
The expedition is designed to resolve against the real US session, 09:30 to 16:00 ET. NVDA closing +3% or better doubles fragments and $LONG in NVDA Sector that day.
Survivors return stock fragments, $LONG and salvage; pirates take a share, and 8 Engine Parts with 4 Plasma Cannons craft one Launchpad Ticket. Then you provision and go again.

The Donut Harvester carries little fuel and grinds a fixed dividend yield from RWA stocks. The Arbitrage Cruiser is quick, medium-capacity, and lives off cross-exchange price gaps. The Wall Street Dreadnought drinks fuel and earns it back by lifting every ship around it. Mixed fleets outperform monocultures in the simulation, largely because launch cost scales with tank size while the Dreadnought's fleet bonus does not.

A captain sits above the hull and changes how the whole fleet behaves. The Bull reads the closing tape and pays out when the session ends green. The Bear contributes nothing to yield and everything to survival when it ends red. The Quant AI Pilot ignores the tape entirely, refuels on its own, and repeats expeditions for twelve hours while you sleep. Rarity decides who you can crew. The market decides who was right.

NVDA Sector runs hot, with the largest single-day upside on the board and drawdowns to match. TSLA Nebula moves early, often, and rarely quietly. MSTR Void concentrates everything into one position and asks you to live inside it. SPY Galaxy is broad, slow, and the closest thing to shelter out there. Each region draws its modifiers from the equity it mirrors, so choosing a destination is a directional call you are making deliberately.

Fuel is the only consumable in the game, and it leaves your hands permanently. Each launch splits the $DONUT it costs on a fixed schedule: 70% to a dead address it never returns from, 20% into the dividend pool paid to locked ships and NFT holders, 10% to the treasury that covers servers and RWA pool depth. Flying shrinks supply. That is the design premise, and the simulator shows what a month of it looks like.

Pick your hulls, assign captains, set the flight window and the uptime you will actually keep, and the simulator returns monthly $DONUT burned, projected RWA dividend fragments, and $LONG accrual. Swap a Harvester for a Dreadnought and watch fuel consumption outrun the fleet bonus at low expedition counts. Every figure it produces is a simulation output from the current design numbers — not a forecast, not a return, not a promise — and those numbers will move as the concept is balanced.
The docket beside this is the receipt the engine prints for the Yield Farmer preset: 6 Donut Harvesters in SPY Galaxy under The Bull, 2 Arbitrage Cruisers in TSLA Nebula, 1 Wall Street Dreadnought in SPY Galaxy. Every line is expected value, so the same fleet always prints the same docket — no dice, no hidden roll, and a checksum at the foot you can compare against your own run.
Change one hull and the whole sheet moves. Swap a Harvester for a Dreadnought at a low expedition count and the fuel line outruns the fleet bonus within a month. That is the argument the simulator exists to let you have with the design.

Every completed expedition pays the rare part table at its hull’s own rate. After-hours raids lose hulls more often and run that table at 3× the session rate. What the wreckage is worth depends entirely on an integration that does not exist yet, so it is described below exactly as it stands.
Salvage is not cosmetic. Engine Parts and Plasma Cannons combine into Launchpad Tickets, and the planned long.xyz integration is specified to turn those tickets into front-of-line access for IDOs of new tokenized stocks and stock-paired tokens. A Wall Street Dreadnought is designed to carry one guaranteed ticket per eight of its own completed expeditions, capped at two a month. To be clear about status: this integration is intended, not built and not agreed, and the mechanic is described here as designed rather than delivered.
A launchpad operating on this chain that quotes newly created tokens in tokenized stock tokens rather than in a stablecoin or the gas asset. Stock-paired launches have been live there since roughly mid-July 2026, and comparable pools carry real daily volume. That is a description of a venue, not of a relationship: no agreement, allocation or conversation exists between this project and it, and the account above is reported rather than independently checked.
We found no primary documentation: no published fee schedule, no contract addresses, no audit.
Liquidity figures quoted by aggregators value both legs of a pool, including the new token at a mark derived from that same pool, so headline numbers overstate tradeable depth substantially.
No agreement, allocation, or conversation exists between this project and that launchpad. Naming it here is a design intention and nothing more.
Engine Parts and Plasma Cannons drop on every completed expedition at the hull's own rate. On After-Hours Raids the same table runs at 3× the session rate.

Today Donut Strategy is a design document, a simulator, and a set of numbers still being balanced. Planned order of work: finalize the fuel-burn model, produce ship and captain art, test the oracle logic against historical session data, then pursue the long.xyz integration described above. Nothing is deployed, audited, or funded. No launch date is being promised, and there is no countdown running. When something ships, it gets dated here and not before.
